DentCare Now is out-of-network with all insurance plans. We are a fee-for-service practice, and payment is due in full at the time of your visit.
Can I Still Use My Insurance?
Yes. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may qualify for reimbursement.

How the Process Works
- 1You receive care and pay in full at your visit.
- 2We submit your claim.
- 3Your insurance reviews the claim (2 weeks to 90 days).
- 4You receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
- 5Insurance issues reimbursement to you or to our office.
We cannot control reimbursement amounts or processing timelines.
