We Are Out-of-Network

DentCare Now is out-of-network with all insurance plans. We are a fee-for-service practice, and payment is due in full at the time of your visit.

Can I Still Use My Insurance?

Yes. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may qualify for reimbursement.

As a courtesy, we:

  • Submit your claim after your visit
  • Provide required documentation
  • Follow up once at 30 days if needed

Insurance reimbursement is determined by your insurance company.

How the Process Works

    You receive care and pay in full at your visit.

    We submit your claim.

    Your insurance reviews the claim (2 weeks to 90 days).

    You receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
  • 5
    Insurance issues reimbursement to you or to our office.

We cannot control reimbursement amounts or processing timelines.

Who Receives the Payment?

Your insurance company decides where reimbursement is sent.

  • It may be sent directly to you.
  • It may be sent to Dentcare Now.

We do not control payment routing.

If Insurance Sends Payment to You

  • The reimbursement belongs to you.
  • No further action is required with our office.

If Insurance Sends Payment to Dentcare Now

  • If you are NOT notified directly by your insurance provider, the reimbursement may appear in your Patient Portal.
  • The payment is applied as a credit to your account.
  • Refunds are not automatic.
  • A Refund Request Form must be submitted at https://form.jotform.com/260475112736051
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the form is received.
  • After Your request is processed, please allow up to 30 days for the money to return to your account.

Claim Follow-Up Policy

  • We follow up once at 30 days if payment has not been issued.
  • If the claim remains unpaid after 60 days, patients must contact their insurance company directly for updates.

Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete insurance information, including:

  • Correct insurance carrier
  • Member ID
  • Group number (if applicable)
  • Policyholder information

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in claim delays or denials.
